• The book must be unused and in its original condition for a refund to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged item.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is approved.
• Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Due to the nature of our products, personalized items or used products are not eligible for refund.
